Minecraft Shaders 1.12.2 - New Effects & Additions
Minecraft Shaders 1.12.2 - New Effects & AdditionsMinecraft Shaders 1.12.2 was released on July 7th, and with it, new additions to the game were made. These additions are now present in most of the versions of Minecraft. They are mainly centered around more particle effects, new sun colors, and new environments. Most of these features were included in version 1.12.On the physics front, now you can create a forest, hills, riverbeds, and procedural trees out of multiple chunks of land. More color options and atmosphere-based colors were added as well. The fact that particles, like fire, smoke, and flying creatures, are now able to create different types of particles was also included in the addition. As for the visual side of the game, new scenery is now available, most of which looks very nice. There is also a new environment that has vegetation, water, and sand. Additionally, textures are now present throughout the world, such as grass and rocks. The good news is that all of these grap hics are not completely new. For instance, the grass and sand textures are already present in some of the older versions of the game. Most of the new elements can also be found in versions past, however.Another part of the update that is not entirely new, but still allows you to add some new features to Minecraft, is the support for OpenGL. OpenGL is an open source, cross platform graphics application. It is used in all of the popular graphics programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and GIMP. It offers a better display experience, with better color and depth choices.Other upgrades included in the Minecraft Shaders 1.12.2 update include a selection of new textures. Many of these look great, but you will need to be careful not to use a lot of them. If you do, you could possibly be playing on a lower graphics setting. This is not recommended, because the games overall quality would take a big hit.Minecraft Shaders was able to make it to this version of the game, and they did a grea t job of it. There is some serious competition in the shader sector, so it is important to be sure to choose the right one for your PC. To find the best shader for your PC, use the different tests available on the websites where they are available.Since most of the graphics mods used in Minecraft have been incorporated into this version, you should be able to do the same with other tweaks as well. Just make sure to do your research before installing any new version of Minecraft Shaders. You never know if your system is not up to date.
